Being 2,530 miles from family, being married to a nuclear engineer with CRAZY work hours, having a 4 year old, a 2 year old, a 5 month old AND having a 2 year old boxer mutt is not always easy, but it's the life the Lord has blessed me with - and it's WAY better than I imagined my life could ever be!

Flashlight Walk
A few days ago ... after dinner, the boys were going stir crazy. I sent the oldest 2 out the door (well wrapped, I might add!).

Aiden has a naturally subdued personality, but when he opens up, it's party time! Here he is rocking my sunglasses (all his idea).

Tomorrow's forecast: Sunny. High of 16. With Wind Chill: 0-2 Degrees Fahrenheit.
